Eight-panel comic. Panel 1, titled "Field Trip": a parking lot in front of a store; an older woman with a shopping cart glares, and the robot's eyes slide toward her: "I don't think that lady likes me." Panel 2: Nick nods, eyes closed, in silence. Panel 3: the robot: "What do I do if she approaches?" Nick: "What if she calls you the c-word?" Panel 4: the robot mutters: "...She better not call me a clanker." Panel 5: the woman passes and tells Nick: "When I was his age, I only had a 56k modem in my sewing room." Panel 6: both frozen; a red brick pops off the robot. Panel 7: Nick holds the brick: "What's a 56k modem?" Panel 8: the robot screeches a dial-up modem noise, "Eeee-ksshhh bweeooong!", while Nick leans back, appalled.
