Turn a list of accomplishments into a strong performance self-review.
Why it works: Supplying your own growth areas makes the output credible; models default to pure praise without them.

Help me write a performance self-review.
Review period: [time period being reviewed]
My role: [your title and what you’re responsible for]
Things I worked on:
[list projects, initiatives, or areas; rough notes are fine]
Impact I had:
[outcomes, metrics, or qualitative results where you have them]
Things I could have done better:
[honest areas for growth; these make the review credible]
What I want to be recognized for:
[the 1-2 things you most want your manager to walk away remembering]
Write a self-review that’s honest and specific, not a list of adjectives. Lead with impact, not effort. Where I have numbers, use them. Frame growth areas as self-awareness, not failure.
